Delete Your Rewolo Account

Rewolo is operated by Rewolo Technologies Ltd.

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Rewolo account and the personal data associated with it. You can submit a deletion request without installing or opening the Rewolo app.

Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, email:

Email subject: Rewolo Account Deletion Request

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Rewolo account and include the following statement:

I request the permanent deletion of my Rewolo account and the personal data associated with it.

REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION

Do not include your password, payment-card details or other sensitive information in your email.

What Happens After Your Request

Rewolo Technologies Ltd may contact you to verify that you own the account.

After verification, we will:

• Permanently delete your Rewolo account.

• Delete or anonymise personal data associated with your account.

• Confirm by email when the deletion process has been completed.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. After your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to access it or recover its associated information.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Depending on how you have used Rewolo, the following information may be deleted:

• Your Rewolo account and profile.

• Your name, email address and contact information.

• Your account preferences and settings.

• Content and records associated with your account.

• App activity and other personal data linked to your account.

Data That May Be Retained

Rewolo Technologies Ltd may retain limited information when required for legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute-resolution purposes.

Retained information will only be used for the purpose for which it was retained and will be deleted when the applicable retention period expires.

Delete Your Account in the Rewolo App

You can also request account deletion from within the Rewolo app:

Rewolo → Settings → Delete Account

Follow the instructions shown in the app to confirm the deletion request.
